Production & Delivery
Start by ordering your MyArtBox.

The box is the starting point of your project. It allows you to safely collect the drawings you want to preserve.

The €35 box fee covers:
​
• shipping the box to your home
• prepaid return shipping
• artwork review and project preparation
We send you your MyArtBox along with a simple form.
​
In the form, you can choose what you would like us to create:
​
• an Art Book
• a Framed Mosaic
• a USB with all digital files
Place the drawings, photos or memories you want to preserve inside the box.
​
You can include:
​
• paper drawings
• paintings
• school projects
• small 3D pieces
Use the prepaid shipping label included in the box to send everything back to our studio.
​
Your artwork travels safely and is handled with care once it arrives.
Each piece of artwork is carefully photographed and digitized.
​
For books, we design the layout and send you a digital preview so you can review everything before production.
​
You can request small adjustments before we print.
Once you approve the preview and final price, we produce your custom piece.
​
Your finished keepsake is then delivered directly to your home.
​
If you selected it in the form, we can also return your original drawings.

If you choose this option in the form, we will return your original drawings after production.

Otherwise, they are safely stored for 30 days after delivery.

How Long Does It Take?
Each project is created individually, but most orders follow this timeline:

Box delivery: 3–5 days
Artwork processing & preview: 5–10 days
Production & shipping: 7–10 days

Total time: approximately 2–3 weeks

During busy periods, the timeline may be slightly longer, but we always keep you informed throughout the process.
